Wayne Caulder Joins Bausch + Lomb as Vice President and General Manager, Surgical, US

Wayne Caulder has joined Bausch + Lomb as vice president and general manager, Surgical, US and Canada.

Mr. Caulder brings more than 30 years of experience in the eye health industry across multiple therapeutic categories, including cataract and refractive surgery, retina and retina surgery, age-related macular degeneration disease management, dry eye, cornea surgery and glaucoma.

He previously served as President of North America and Co-Founder of i-Optics; Vice President of Sales at VisionCare Ophthalmic Surgery; and Director of Sales at Ista Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, he served as Head of US Sales, Ophthalmic Devices and Microsurgery, at Zeiss.
