Visionix Launches Optovue Solix FullRange OCT

Visionix USA has introduced the Optovue Solix FullRange OCT in North America.

Featuring 120kHz ultra-high-speed scanning, Optovue Solix FullRange OCT features anterior 18 x 6.25 scans, new posterior high-density scan patterns for more detail and better precision, integrated cameras for fundus, external photography, and external IR imaging, according to a company news release. 

Optovue Solix features Visionix’s proprietary scans and software, including

• AngioVue, FDA-cleared OCT-A metrics, which provides noninvasive 3D visualization and quantification of retinal vasculature

• iWellness and AngioWellness protocols, which can reveal the need for more extensive imaging and streamline the exam process, both by confirming normal results and by aiding in more efficient diagnosis of pathology to grow practices

Optovue Solix is available in two platforms: the "FullRange" multimodal Solix system, and Solix Essential for eye care professionals who are not interested in FullRange or multimodality.

Optovue Solix will be featured at Vision Expo East booth #F2205 alongside Visionix USA’s next-generation refraction and screening technologies.
