Vantage Acquires Ophthalmic Surgical Solutions

Vantage Surgical Solutions, a provider of mobilized surgical solutions, announced it has acquired Ophthalmic Surgical Solutions (OSS), which specializes in ophthalmic surgical equipment and services.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Vantage, the acquisition combines the two companies’ experience of providing ophthalmic surgery access to rural communities through partnerships with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The companies aim to enhance their capabilities, expand their product offerings, and provide the scale and synergies necessary to reach a broader national audience with enhanced clinical and technical support.

Vantage advised that customers of OSS will receive uninterrupted service and support during the integration process.

OSS, which was founded in 2015, is headquartered in Lecompton, Kansas. Duane Kibbee, founder and CEO or OSS, will join the Vantage leadership team as Clinical Manager.
