Sightview, which describes itself as the only electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) partner focused exclusively on eyecare, is highlighting two newly enhanced tools for its eye care-specific platform at Vision Expo 2026, taking place March 11-14.

The updates include expanded digital payment capabilities designed to simplify patient billing and accelerate collections, as well as an enhanced patient communications package aimed at automating outreach, reducing patient leakage, and improving the overall patient experience.

Sightview’s Sightview Pay solution, powered by Global Payments, introduces additional digital payment options that allow providers to collect payments either before an appointment or at the time of service. Features include estimated payments, text-to-pay functionality, and card-on-file capabilities. According to the company, these enhancements are designed to help eye care practices capture patient payments more quickly, improving cash flow while reducing reliance on paper billing and minimizing patient frustration.

Sightview has also updated its Sightview Patient Engagement solution, which enables providers to personalize and automate patient communications. The platform includes pre-built templates for outreach such as annual exam reminders, lens sales promotions, and automated follow-ups after services or product deliveries. These automated touchpoints are intended to boost appointment volume and patient engagement while maintaining a positive patient experience. Sightview noted that the automation features help practices expand communication without adding additional administrative workload for staff.

Demonstrations at Vision Expo

Sightview is demonstrating the updated tools at booth #4021 during Vision Expo 2026. The company will also showcase its fully integrated EHR and practice management platform, which is designed specifically for the operational and clinical needs of eye care providers.
