Sightview Appoints Tycene Fritcher as CEO

Ophthalmic Electronic health record (EHR) provider Sightview announced that Tycene Fritcher has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Fritcher brings more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare IT, including tenures at Nextech, Avizia, and Amwell.

As CEO, Ms. Fritcher said her priorities include launching a full company rebrand and leading organizational updates to strengthen the company’s offerings for ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, and other eye care professionals. 

“To succeed, eye care providers need to focus on patient care and not technology processes,” Ms. Fritcher said in a company news release. “Sightview is hyper-focused on eye care, and our dedicated expertise allows us to understand the challenges these providers and their staff face. I’m looking forward to continuing to iterate and innovate, ensuring eyecare providers have the best, most effective and efficient solutions to get the job done right.”

Ms. Fritcher is assembling a new executive leadership team with plans to recruit experienced, visionary leaders to guide the company through its next phase of growth.
