SightMD, 24-Location Ophthalmology Group, and Chicago Pacific Founders Set Partnership

SightMD, a provider of eyecare services through 24 locations, and Chicago Pacific Founders Fund LP, a health care investment fund, announced that they are entering into a partnership to expand SightMD’s patient-centric care model to patients, providers, and payers across the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area, according to a report in VisionMonday.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
