Pixium Vision: Date Scheduled for Decision on Adoption of a Sale Plan

Pixium Vision SA announced that following a hearing on Monday, the Paris Commercial Court will issue its decision on January 16, 2024 on the takeover offer filed on November 20, 2023 and the opening of judicial liquidation proceedings.

In the event of the opening of judicial liquidation proceedings, Euronext will delist Pixium’s shares.

Pixium draws investors’ attention to the fact that, given the current offer and the company's level of indebtedness, the sale proceeds received in the event of a favorable decision by the Commercial Court will not allow a total or partial reimbursement of shareholders.
