Katena Products Announces Steve Blazejewski as New CEO

Katena Products announced that Steve Blazejewski has joined as Chief Executive Officer.

As a seasoned executive, Mr. Blazejewski brings impressive leadership experience and medical device knowledge to Katena. He has previously served as President of Medical Solutions at Cardinal Health and before that held various general management positions at both Medtronic and Covidien. Mr. Blazejewski has successfully accelerated organic growth and has significant experience with M&A from his time at Medtronic and Cardinal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Katena Products is a provider of ophthalmic surgical products. Since partnering with Audax Private Equity in 2015, the company has completed seven acquisitions to expand into new ophthalmic product categories and geographies and expand its manufacturing footprint.
