EyeSouth Partners Affiliates With Community Eye Care Specialists in New York

EyeSouth Partners announced it has partnered with Community Eye Care Specialists, representing its first affiliation in New York, third affiliation in Pennsylvania. and 40th affiliation overall. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EyeSouth is an eye care-focused management services organization committed to partnering with leading physicians to build a premier network of eye care services in the US. EyeSouth’s affiliate network consists of 40 practices with over 300 doctors providing medical and surgical eye care services at more than 180 locations including 20 surgery centers throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina and New York.

Community Eye Care Specialists has five locations and is led by the physician team of Gordon Wuebbolt, MD, and Beau Froebel, MD, serving patients in Pennsylvania for more than 27 years.
