Allergan Announces REFRESH Concierge Program for ECPs

Allergan announced the launch of its REFRESH Concierge service.
The REFRESH Concierge is a full-service, dedicated remote support team providing eye care professionals with:
- Patient coupons
- Product education
- Help creating a REFRESH Direct eCommerce online store
- Access to samples of REFRESH products
“In a time where remote services play a more valuable role than ever, we want our ECPs to know that we remain dedicated to their success. That’s why we’re providing eye care professionals with useful tools to assist with patient education, engagement, and product accessibility—even when patients can’t make it to the practice in person,” Allergan stated in a news release.
