VMG Health Acquires Healthcare Consulting Firm BSM Consulting

VMG Health announced it has acquired BSM Consulting, a health care consulting firm with offices in Reno, Nevada and Phoenix.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

VMG Health is owned by VMG employees and Northlane Capital Partners (NCP). NCP invested in VMG Health in March 2020.

Founded in 1978 by Bruce Maller, BSM Consulting provides practice management consulting and compliance expertise to clients in ophthalmology and medical aesthetic specialties, in addition to ambulatory surgery centers through its Progressive Surgical Solutions division. BSM’s also offers a full suite of business management tools and online learning platform.

The acquisition brings together BSM’s business management consulting and operational solutions and VMG Health’s expertise in health care transactions, compliance, and physician alignment.
